We broke the story yesterday that paperwork had been filed to switch Brit's conservatorship case to federal court - and now, as a result of that, Jamie's conservatorship may be removed by default!
We've put in a call to the Superior Court's office, who hasn't yet been informed of the switch, so, for now, nothing may change, but if the case does indeed become a federal one, that could change quite a bit!
